The hotel with air conditioned rooms, in a very convenient area, very close to the centre. Favourable location, steps away from Neude, really enjoyed this place. A kind of great service.

A standard room has basic facilities you need.

The hotel was enchanting and clean with very good wi-fi. Neat and compact room, we felt like at home.- The personnel was very kind and nice.- It was in the heart of Utrecht, and close to a Gothic church.- Had complementary drinks in the downstairs

Magnificent views of the town from this modern small hotel. Extremely friendly staff provide extra care.- The standard room includes climate control, coffee facilities, and a safe box.- Particularly good location very close 

Comfortable hotel with marvellous breakfast. Breakfast with the coffee machine and also local specialties. Fantastic, amazing location in the center of Utrecht.

The staff were outstandingly accommodating. the hotel has a magnificent and stunning location close to many bars and restaurants, just meters from Neude. - the hotel is conveniently located just off the center and near a bus stop.

Great location close to a beautiful Gothic church, with shopping malls and supermarkets conveniently nearby.

Breakfast was good. Private parking (18,50 € per day) at a short distance. Very centrally located, in the middle of the city.

Room very small, bathroom extremely small, diameter of washbasin about 30cm !, exhaust chimney of kitchen directly in front of window, lift function with room card did not work several times. Room cleaning was mediocre

Very central location, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Dick Bruna Huis Museum. Nice restaurant and downstairs bar on-site.

The rooms on the first and second floors are quiet, the staff is very friendly and the breakfast was enjoyable.

The rest was fine. The breakfast is to be highlighted. It was great!

The view from the room was modest. We looked at the hall roof.

The room was not ready at 3pm. The check-in took an unusually long time. The credit card was already charged and it was no longer possible to pay with another credit card at the check-out.
